Oracle8i Network Administration..... 3 weeks

Ø      Architecture and Basic Configuration

Ø      Advanced Configuration and Troubleshooting

Oracle8i Database Administration..... 6 weeks

Ø      Fundamentals and Creating an Oracle Database

Ø      Managing Data and Transactions

Ø      Database Structure & Storage

Ø      Managing Segments and Constraints

Ø      Managing Users, Privileges, Roles and Profiles

Ø      Auditing the Database and Advanced Architecture and NLS

Oracle8i Backup and Recovery .. 4 weeks

Ø      Backup Considerations

Ø      Methods, Theory and Advanced Techniques

Ø      Incomplete Recovery and Logical Backups

Ø      Troubleshooting & the Standby Database

Oracle8i Performance Tuning and Optimization....... 4 weeks

Ø      Monitoring Database Activity

Program Details

Schedule:            33 weeks of full-time study - Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Total Fees:            $13, 995.00*

Instruction:    Instructor led and self directed study with focus on certification and hands-on skill development.
